Customer's reviews
Great personal service and transparency in costs. Steve offered me a perfectly suitable replacement key at a really good price point as a base case, when I asked if it could be car branded the response was clear and honest that it would cost more, as expected for an OEM key. This is refreshing to be offered these as options and displays the companies honesty. Service was quick and concise, communications were brilliant and pricing was fair. Definitely recommended and competitive with OEM service centres.

We were stuck in Gin Gin as our Motorhome immobiliser decided to stop accepting our remote.. Bloody Fiat..
Steve was brilliant, we discussed the issue, I sent him photo’s of the special keys.. He was very clear what the issue could be.
He arranged to meet us between 7.30 and 8 Am the next morning and arrived on time.. Changed the key and it worked perfectly.. And we headed home to Kingsley.
Remembering where we were and Steve was coming from Joondulup I can recommend him to anyone needing a professional locksmith..
And the cost very competitive..

Called Steve at 9:30am. VW Polo key wasn't turning in ignition, needed a new cylinder housing. Steve diagnosed the issue over the phone, had the parts in stock and squeezed me in his schedule arrived 11:30 - done by 12:30, even gave me a jump start with flat battery.
10/10 would recommend, don't go with the bigger mobs, they'll want call out fees and won't be able to do the repair themselves anyway.
