Called Steve at 9:30am. VW Polo key wasn't turning in ignition, needed a new cylinder housing. Steve diagnosed the issue over the phone, had the parts in stock and squeezed me in his schedule arrived 11:30 - done by 12:30, even gave me a jump start with flat battery. 10/10 would recommend, don't go with the bigger mobs, they'll want call out fees and won't be able to do the repair themselves anyway. ~ Nicholas T

Absolute legendary service. My key fob battery died and lost the code to open my car doors, Steve got out to me within 15 minutes, had my door open in 5, a spare key cut to open the door manually in another 5 and finally recoded my key fob to unlock the doors again for a fantastic price.
